Q1:
How long will it take to have my visa issued?
A: Once the visa application is submitted, a decision is made in 3 weeks.
Q2:
When can I apply for a visa?
A: The earliest you can apply for a visa is 3 months prior to the start of the course you wish to do.
Q3:
What if my visa application is rejected?
A: We have a 100% success rate so it is not likely that this happens. We won’t submit your application if we think that you won’t get your visa. 
Q4:
Will I get a refund if my visa is not issued?
A: Yes, Better Education UK won’t charge you for any of the services. But we can request an appeal to change the decision.
Q5:
How can I sign a contract with Better Education UK?
A: You can sign a contract with us either at one of our representative offices in your county or online. The online contracts are signed via internationally recognised third parties such as DocuSign or similar organisations.
Q6:
Can I provide my father or mother’s bank statement not my own?
A: Yes, if you are still financially supported by your parents.
Q7:
Can I work during my studies?
A: If you are a university student, you can work up to 20 hours per week. 
Q8:
Can I work in the UK after the completion of my studies?
A: Yes. The UK allows university graduates to stay in the UK and look for jobs. Bachelor and master’s graduates can stay for up to 2 years and PhD graduates for up to 3 years.
Q9:
Can my family (wife/husband/children) accompany me for the duration of my studies?
A: Yes, if you are a university student. Your family members should apply for a dependent visa.
Q10:
Can I apply for a scholarship in the UK?
A: Better Education UK does not provide this service.
